UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Please be sure to visit “MySlice” to update your personal information (local address, local phone number, etc.). The College, as well as many other offices within the University, sends out important, timely information throughout the semester. Make sure that you get the information that you need by updating your local address!
MEETING WITH YOUR RECORDER
All Arts & Sciences students are welcome and encouraged to meet with their Recorder. Recorders see students on a walk-in basis and can help you outline your Liberal Arts Core and other degree requirements. Recorders are available to meet with students during the following times: Monday thru Thursday/8:30 am – 11:30 am, 1:00 pm – 4:30pm Friday/8:30 am – 11:45 am
SIGNING IN TO MEET WITH YOUR RECORDER
As you enter 329 Hall of Languages and the Student Records Office, you will now see a new computer terminal in place used to sign-in to meet with your College Recorder. Students should swipe their SUID card or key in their SUID number and click on "submit." The student name will automatically be entered into an electronic sign-in sheet that will be visible to the Recorders. Students will be called back in the order in which they signed in, as was the case with the old sign-in procedures. We appreciate your patience as we all get used to the new system.
